No standard-size banners, pop-ups, flashing or auto-playing media, third-party ad networks or advertiser tracking pixels. At most one sponsored unit in view, and no layout shift.
Clearly labeledEvery unit carries a small Sponsored label at its left, in our own type. Social posts carry Paid partnership.
Never in the RouterNothing sponsored appears in the header or video header, inside the Router, an agent recommendation or a call. Placement and order in the Router are never sold.
No referral moneyNothing on a partner order pays for referrals, leads or business sent. Referral routing lives only in the licensed agent lane, under signed agreements.
Settlement providersLenders and title buy at the same published price as everyone. Growth spend buys only impressions of content where you are the labeled sponsor, and any campaign that also promotes Find a Home is split pro rata (HUD RESPA FAQ Q18 and Q19). No per-lead, per-close or per-referral pricing exists. An affiliated-business disclosure attaches wherever ownership overlaps.
Regulation Z readyLender pages and creative show no rates or payments unless the full Regulation Z disclosures appear (12 CFR 1026.24), and carry the NMLS ID and the Equal Housing Lender notice.

How are Growth Placements priced?

Three tiers, the same for every partner: Signature at $250 a month for 10,000 guaranteed delivered impressions; Premier at $625 a month for 25,000 guaranteed delivered impressions; Presenting at $1,250 a month for 50,000 guaranteed delivered impressions. Presenting is limited to one partner per page group.

Where do the impressions come from?

Our own pages first, measured on site. The rest is local reach we buy for your labeled content, so part of every fee grows the audience for everyone.

What if you deliver fewer than guaranteed?

Any shortfall is made good the next month at no charge, and your delivered-views report shows the count every month.

What will my placement look like?

Like the rest of the page. We build every unit in our own design system from your logo, a photo and a short line, with a small Sponsored label at its left. No banners, pop-ups or flashing media, ever.

When does billing start?

A Partner Page bills its setup and first month at the start, with a 3-month minimum term. A Growth Placement bills monthly.

Do lenders or title companies pay more?

No. Every partner pays the same published price for the same thing, and the category you choose never changes a price.

Is this a lead or referral program?

No. You are buying a page and advertising. No price, discount or placement is tied to leads, referrals or closings.

Can lenders show rates?

Only with the full Regulation Z disclosures (12 CFR 1026.24), plus the NMLS ID and the Equal Housing Lender notice.
